NovaInterviewComing

Every applicant, the same questions.People decide.

A private link for each applicant: a resume, your questions for the role, and a shared review. No AI reads, scores or ranks anyone.

NovaInterview's applicant page, in development, with a sample job: a demo practice's Registered Dental Hygienist opening, how to apply on one page, and when the link expires.

What it does

Built so people do the hiring.

NovaInterview gives each job applicant a private, single-use link. They read a plain-language notice, upload a resume and answer the questions the practice set for the role — all on one page, with no account. The doctors and office manager review applications together, in the order they arrived. Nothing scores, ranks or summarizes an applicant: people decide.

A private link for each applicantComing

One link per applicant, used once and expiring after 14 days unless you choose otherwise — sent by email, or copied and sent by the practice.

One page, no accountComing

The job, the notice, a resume (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB) and your questions, answered on any phone or computer — with nothing stored in the browser.

Questions a leader approvesComing

Start from a template and make it yours. A question that touches a protected topic — age, family, health and more — is flagged before anyone can approve it.

Reviewed together, in orderComing

The owner, doctors and office manager see applications in the order they arrived, with notes and a status from new to hired.

No AI on applicantsComing

No automated tool or AI reads, scores, ranks or summarizes an application — and applicants are told so before they apply.

Kept a year, then deletedComing

Each application is deleted a year after the practice's decision, and an applicant can ask to withdraw sooner.

Separate by designComing

Applications never touch NoVA Identity, NovaBonus or the hiring & overhead calculator — the separation is enforced in the code.

Questions drafted from the jobComing

Later, Nova will draft questions from the job description for a doctor or office manager to edit and approve. It never sees an applicant.

For the applicant

One clear page. Nothing hidden.

Who is collecting the application, who will see it, how long it's kept — and that no AI reads it — before a single field is filled in.

  • A plain-language notice
  • A resume and your questions
  • No account to create

For the practice

The same questions for everyone.

Every applicant for a role answers the questions a leader approved, so the doctors and office manager compare like with like — and decide together.

  • Approved by a leader
  • In the order received
  • People decide

A walkthrough is a conversation with a person, not a sales script — the product, your questions, and an honest answer about whether NovaDental fits your practice today.
